We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join a dynamic ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on providing functional support, system maintenance, and process optimization for Infor M3 Supply Chain Management modules in a global support environment.

Key Qualifications :

4–7 years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 SCM modules

Strong understanding of key supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, order fulfillment, etc.)

Proven experience in application support or AMS environments for Infor M3

Hands-on experience with incident and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)

Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and functional troubleshooting

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field

Stable employment history (no frequent job changes with less than 1 year per role)

ITIL Foundation certification or experience in ITIL-based service delivery (preferred)

Experience with various M3 versions, including Infor M3 Cloud Suite (CE), is an advantage

Exposure to global support or 24x7 AMS delivery models

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional expertise in Infor M3 SCM modules

Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

Propose and execute configuration changes or process improvements

Collaborate with technical teams on integration and data issues

Support core supply chain operations

Prepare and maintain documentation (SOPs, functional specs, training materials)

Participate in knowledge sharing and training of junior consultants
