Work Setup: On-site in Manila Work Shift: Shifting schedule (depends on the assigned project) Location: Manila, Philippines

We are looking for talented Japanese-speaking software engineers with strong Java Spring Boot expertise to join a dynamic development team supporting global projects. This role involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application components, with opportunities to perform maintenance, enhancements, and new development work.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Japanese language (N5 to native level)

Expert proficiency in Spring Boot with at least 1 year of hands-on experience

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices

Experience in building and deploying scalable applications

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)

Active participation in team discussions and contribution to problem-solving

Stable employment history (no frequent job changes with less than 1 year per role)

Willing to work on-site in Manila with a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code

Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure application stability

Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements

Assist in documenting technical specifications and user manuals.
