Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 23,000 Package

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle life insurance-related customer inquiries and concerns

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support

- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

- Follow account processes and meet quality standards

- Achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd Year College

- Experience: At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Good to excellent English communication skills

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
