HIRING: MULTILINGUAL SERVICE DESK ANALYST

Dutch + French | Trilingual Role

Location: One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Openings: 2
Salary: Open Budget

Qualifications

2+ years of Technical Support / Service Desk experience
Can speak, read, and write Dutch & French
With or without previous Service Desk experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Technical troubleshooting & IT support knowledge
Willing to work 100% onsite
Stable employment history / not a job hopper
Must not be a current or former CGI employee
Candidates with PRV/TRV are preferred
Client can process a working visa for qualified candidates

What You’ll Do

Resolve user issues through phone, email, and ticketing systems
Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support
Handle service requests and non-complex work orders
Follow escalation procedures and agreed processes
Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround times
Work closely with local management, colleagues, and clients
