What You'll Do

Handle customer interactions professionally in Thai.
Communicate confidently through phone, email, and other support channels.
Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service.
Work with internal systems and complete assigned tasks accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service and performance goals.
Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) or collections-related processes when required.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Thai language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate naturally and confidently in professional conversations.
Strong comprehension of complex discussions and customer concerns.
Good working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
