Role Overview • Manage B2B collections and outstanding accounts • Handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues professionally • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely account reconciliation

Qualifications • Completed 2nd Year College or higher • At least 1 year of B2B Collections experience • Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • No employment gaps • No AWOL history • Minimum 12 months tenure with previous employers
