The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) expertise to configure, support and optimise cloud applications and integrations.

What You’ll Do

Configure and support packaged/SaaS applications and integrations.
Design and implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
Work with APIs, web services and cloud-based application integrations.
Maintain application configuration and process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Support and train end users on application functionality.
Stay updated on integration technologies, best practices and industry trends.
Act as an SME and contribute to technical problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) – mandatory.
Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Strong understanding of application integration methodologies.
Experience with cloud application deployment and management.
Knowledge of APIs and web services.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Applicants must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work there.
