We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. If you have strong expertise in ServiceNow AppEngine, Workflow Development, Integrations, ITSM, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Agile delivery, this opportunity is for you.

You'll work on enterprise digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow applications.

Job Details

Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to PHP 90,000 per month
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build complex workflows, business rules, catalog items, forms, client scripts, UI policies, and automation.
Develop and support ServiceNow AppEngine applications and platform enhancements.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party applications.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues and implement permanent solutions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Support production deployments, release management, testing, and platform upgrades.
Maintain technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD), High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), deployment guides, and technical specifications.
Ensure platform security, governance, compliance, and ITIL best practices.
Drive continuous improvements, automation initiatives, and platform optimization.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow AppEngine.
Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
REST API & SOAP API Integration.
JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
Flow Designer & Workflow Development.
Service Catalog Development.
Knowledge Management & Self-Service Portal.
UI Policies & UI Actions.
Forms & Record Producers.
ServiceNow Security & ACLs.
Release Management & Deployment.
Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting.
Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
ITIL Framework.
Technical Documentation.
Stakeholder Management.
Performance Optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
ServiceNow Certifications are highly preferred.
Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
