Job Title: Team Lead – Travel Sales (Voice)
Location: 18th Floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: Up to ₱34,000 (negotiable)
Headcount: 1 | Start Date: ASAP
Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Team Lead for a Travel Sales account! The ideal candidate has solid experience managing a voice-based sales team in a BPO setup, with strong leadership and sales coaching skills to drive quota performance.
Qualifications:

College graduate or completed at least 2 years in college

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Team Lead in Sales LOB (BPO)

Strong knowledge of closing techniques, handling objections, and sales scripts
-
Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City (Night Shift)

Must not be a current or former Wipro employee
