Team Leader - Medical Billing

Designation/ Role: Team Leader

Department: Medical Billing

Work Timing: Night Shift

Work setup: Onsite, Pasig City

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

•   Distribution of Workload to team members

•   Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation

•   Issues and decision-making.;

•   Provide leadership and focus to the project teams.

•   Responsible for the productivity, quality, and overall performance of the projects

•   Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.

•   Learn and implement new client systems. Coordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the project’s requirements.

•   Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client’s specific needs and expectations.

Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

• Experience in handling team of 40ppl

• Graduate from any stream

• Willing to work in any shift.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years experience US calling process.

With RCM Experience

Can start immediately
