About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with experience in ad tech, backend support, and technical integrations. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs for support and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training materials (slides, labs, guides) for ad tech platforms and integrations
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions (SQL, APIs, tracking, analytics)
Facilitate onboarding bootcamps for technical support teams
Train on REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and server-side tracking
Create troubleshooting guides for integration issues (API errors, pixel/tag issues)
Conduct assessments and track training effectiveness
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years experience in technical training (BPO or SaaS)
2–4 years experience in backend support / ad tech / integrations
Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, webhooks, SDKs
Experience in Ads Manager platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Ability to read/debug JSON/XML and understand API documentation
Strong communication and facilitation skills
