We're Hiring: Training Content Designer

Salary: Up to PHP 55,000 (Depending on Skills & Experience)
Location: Work From Home / EDSA Greenfield
Shift Schedule: To Be Determined (TBD)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Content Designer with experience in instructional design and e-learning development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging training curricula and learning materials that support workforce development and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop effective training content.
Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and learning materials.
Plan and coordinate training programs and skills assessments.
Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitate training when introducing new learning programs.
Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements.
Create and manage e-learning and computer-based training programs.
Ensure training content is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
Maintain compliance with relevant professional and instructional design standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.

Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.

Strong background in Instructional Design.

Knowledge and experience in e-learning development.
