Training Manager – Tax / Finance
Sucat, Metro Manila | Onsite | Night Shift | Up to ₱110,000
We are seeking a results-driven Training Manager with strong expertise in U.S. Tax and Finance operations to lead and elevate our training programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can develop high-performing teams, drive process improvements, and deliver impactful learning solutions in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with U.S. Tax and Finance processes
- Lead, mentor, and manage training teams to ensure high-quality delivery and performance
- Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to identify training needs and close performance gaps
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, reporting, and ongoing evaluations
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational standards
Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified (required)
- Proven experience in U.S. Tax processes (non-negotiable)
- At least 6 months experience as Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager, or Training Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in BPO/shared services environment preferred
