Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Travel Account Specialists with strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan. The role involves assisting customers with flight reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, and travel-related concerns while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound travel-related inquiries

Assist customers with booking flights, hotel reservations, and itinerary modifications

Use GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan efficiently

Provide accurate travel information and solutions

Process cancellations, refunds, and rebooking requests

Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards

Meet quality and productivity targets

Qualifications

At least 2 years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan)

B2 CEFR English communication level

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on shifting schedules

Travel account experience is an advantage
