Are you a fluent Vietnamese speaker looking to build your career with a global organization? We are seeking customer-focused professionals who can communicate confidently in Vietnamese while working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Experience in collections is an advantage, but fresh candidates with the right language skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in Vietnamese via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Accurately update customer information and maintain records using internal systems.
Support collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Meet quality, productivity, and service performance targets.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Vietnamese language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate naturally and professionally in customer interactions.
Strong comprehension of complex conversations and implied meanings.
Good working knowledge of English, as training and company systems are conducted in English.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.
Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
