QUALIFICATIONS

5–8 years BPO Sales experience

2–3 years leadership/people management experience

Strong Outbound & Inbound Sales background

Excellent objection handling & conversion skills

Proven experience driving sales performance

Strong coaching, action planning & stakeholder management

⭐ Travel & Hospitality experience preferred
