Are you experienced in UK financial collections, banking operations, and training? We are hiring a Trainer – UK Financial Collections for an onsite role in Quezon City.

Must reside in the Philippines and be eligible to work there.
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / UK Time
Salary: Up to 30% hike from last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience
Headcount: 3
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
2–4 years of experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and/or training within a call center or shared services environment.
Basic understanding of training methodologies for both virtual and face-to-face instructor-led training.
Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills.
Strong knowledge of UK collections, regulations, and bucket flows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must demonstrate stability in previous employment.

Responsibilities
Train new hires on UK financial collections processes.
Coach and develop agents to improve performance.
Monitor and support quality and performance metrics.
Ensure training and operational practices comply with relevant financial regulations.
Provide effective feedback and coaching to trainees and agents.
