Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists end-users in the Tower whose requests are documented by a ticket raised in WiServe Portal.
- Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
- Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
- Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
- Replies or updates email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the businesses.
- Maintains the compliance of our IT assets to the standard security postures set by the organization.
