Account Specialist / Customer Success (ALM LBR)

Compensation & Work Setup

Basic Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱37,000 / month

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedules

Work Setup: Onsite

Key Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Renewals, Retention, or Inside Sales.

Domain Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success principles within SaaS (Software as a Service) business models.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work collaboratively in an onsite team environment.

Role Overview

Join our team as an Account Specialist for ALM LBR! In this role, you will drive customer retention, handle contract renewals, and ensure our client's SaaS solutions deliver ongoing value to users.
