Role Overview:

We are seeking an Allied Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will assist members with pre-authorization, benefits, and eligibility claims for international healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from members regarding healthcare inquiries.
Assist with pre-authorization, benefits verification, and eligibility claims.
Resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

College Graduate or Associate Graduate (any course) – EXCEPT BS Nursing.
Minimum 2 years call center experience catering to members (pre-auth, benefits & eligibility claims) under international accounts – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Amenable to Work at Home (WAH) setup with shifting schedules.
Can start on August 24, 2026.
