JOB TITLE: Bilingual Tech Support - Dutch & French Speaker - McKinley Taguig Onsite - Visa Sponsorship

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig - Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite - Shifting Schedule

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch and French to join our team in McKinley Hill, Taguig. You will provide technical support and excellent service to our international clients.

YOUR ROLE:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users

Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat

Log tickets accurately and resolve or escalate issues as needed

Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Fluent in Dutch and French - Speak, Read, and Write - Required

At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support / Service Desk / IT Help Desk

Strong background in technical troubleshooting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig - shifting schedule

Stable work history - not a frequent job hopper

Must NOT be a present or former employee of CGI

PRV/TRV holders preferred, but client can process working visa
