*Customer Service Representative – Healthcare, Telco & Retail Account*
*Location:* EDSA Central, Mandaluyong City | *Work Setup:* On-site

*Job Description:*
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for US Healthcare, Telco, and Retail accounts. Assist customers with billing, technical support, orders, claims, and general inquiries while delivering excellent service and meeting quality targets.

*Qualifications:*
- High School Graduate. College level preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer literate and willing to learn systems
- With at least 6 months bpo experience Fresh grads welcome
- Flexible to work shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
