Job Title: Capital Markets Operations – Asset Management Senior Analyst (CL 10–11)

Location: BGC, Taguig (100% Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Corporate Actions/Investment Banking Operations
Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring Capital Markets Operations – Asset Management Senior Analysts to support Global Markets Corporate Actions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate actions processing within an investment banking or trading operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately.
Handle end-to-end corporate actions processing, including entitlement calculations and event lifecycle management.
Reconcile corporate action events and ensure timely client entitlements and payments.
Investigate and resolve operational breaks, exceptions, and settlement issues.
Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, custodians, and counterparties.
Monitor exception queues and ensure timely resolution.
Support UAT, process improvements, audit, and risk control activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions within investment banking or trading operations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end corporate actions processing and trade/settlement operations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift.
