Job Title: CIS Functional Support / CIS Functional Analyst

Location: Parañaque, Philippines
Experience: 4–7 Years
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mid Shift)
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3x Onsite at Zuellig Office, Parañaque
Headcount: 1

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CIS Functional Analyst to support the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of interfaces between Zuellig Pharma systems and client systems. The role requires strong SAP functional knowledge, interface expertise, data mapping skills, and experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze integration requirements, business processes, and data flows.
Design interface solutions and prepare functional/technical specifications.
Perform data mapping using SAP standard tables, BAPI tables/fields, and other data sources.
Create and execute test scripts for Baseline, Functional, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Prepare test data, analyze results, identify defects, and coordinate issue resolution.
Facilitate testing with clients and internal teams.
Support interface deployment and provide post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot interface issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Monitor interface performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
4–7 years of relevant SAP Functional/Interface experience.
Strong experience with SAP SD, MM, and/or EWM.
Hands-on experience with interface formats such as XML, X12, IDOC, EDIFACT, CSV, and Excel.
Strong SAP mapping experience using Standard Tables/BAPI Tables & Fields.
Knowledge of SFTP, API, SAP CPI, and AS2.
Experience with SAP ERP/ECC/HANA and SAP EWM HANA.
Strong understanding of sales, distribution, warehouse, and related business processes.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation/interface projects is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Business-fluent English communication.

Important Information
