Role Overview:

We are seeking a CIS Functional Analyst to analyze, design, test, and implement interfaces between Zuellig Pharma systems and client systems. You will ensure seamless data flow and business process integration, working closely with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with markets and clients to understand integration requirements.
Analyze existing systems and data structures to identify integration points.
Document detailed functional and technical specifications for interfaces.
Design interface solutions considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Perform data mapping between source and target systems.
Create comprehensive test scripts for testing phases (SIT, UAT).
Execute test cases, analyze results, and identify defects.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent – required.
4–7 years relevant SAP Functional/Interface experience – required.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, or EWM – required.
Extensive experience with interface formats (XML, X12, IDOC, EDIFACT, CSV, Excel).
Solid understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, API, CPI, AS2).
Proficiency in test script creation and execution.
Familiarity with key business processes (Order Management, Warehouse, QA, Returns).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
