Join our team as a Clinical Nurse Advisor, providing voice-based healthcare support.
Responsibilities:
Assist with healthcare and insurance claims.
Provide expert advice and support to clients.
Document patient inquiries and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
Active PRC License.
Healthcare/insurance claims experience preferred.
Work Setup:
4-6 weeks onsite training at MOA site, then WFH.
