HIRING: CSR – Insurance Brokerage Account

Company: Cognizant

Site: Taguig City

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Brokerage

Salary Package: Up to ₱35,000

Qualifications:

College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience

OR

Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months of BPO experience

SME Qualifications:

Solid background in Insurance Brokerage is required for SME-level applicants

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products and services
Assist clients with policy information, claims, billing, and account concerns
Provide accurate and timely resolutions through phone, email, or chat support
Maintain excellent customer service standards and compliance with company policies
Meet performance and quality targets

Work Setup:

Onsite – Taguig City

Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
