Key Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare services
Assist clients with information, concerns, and service requests
Maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions
Work collaboratively with the team to meet service targets
Requirements:
High School Graduate with at least 6 months BPO or customer service experience
Fresh college graduates are encouraged to apply, even without prior work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
