Hiring: Databricks Data Engineer

Cebu City | Onsite | Shifting Schedule

PHP 60,000 – 150,000

We’re looking for a Databricks Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines using modern cloud and big data technologies.

What You’ll Do

•Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake

•Ingest structured & semi-structured data using Auto Loader and DLT

•Ensure data quality using Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture

•Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of data workloads

•Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

•Support dashboards and analytics using SQL and BI tools

What We’re Looking For

•2+ years experience in data engineering / cloud data platforms

•Strong Python & PySpark skills

•Solid understanding of data modeling & data warehousing

•Experience with performance optimization

•Must be currently in the Philippines with right to work

Nice to Have

•Databricks or cloud certifications

•Experience with Airflow, Kafka, dbt, CI/CD

•Exposure to ML, Feature Store, or GenAI datasets
