Key Responsibilities include:
• Support client account team in business development including leading client RFP response, solution development, participating in client orals, commercials etc.
• Assisting in business diagnosis and planning activities
• Documenting As-Is Process in core finance areas
• Carrying out gap analysis between As-Is processes and Best Practices and formulating specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
• Defining splits of processes across Shared Service, Business unit and Center of Excellence
• Designing to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies
• Assisting in designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs
• Assisting in managing Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering
• Assisting with shared services operating model design and implementation including governance and service management
• Assisting in conducting business case analysis for a shared services / outsourcing advisory / operations transformation / process improvement program
• Assisting clients in enabling technology selection for shared service/ captive centers and helping prioritize implementation
• Assisting business architecture implementation activities
• Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities, and processes
• Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
