We are seeking empathetic and professional individuals to join our specialized Healthcare Team. In this position, you will play a critical role in assisting members and healthcare providers with insurance verification, medical billing inquiries, and claims processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
Experience: Requires a minimum of six (6) months of solid BPO experience.
Key Competencies:
* High level of empathy and a patient-centric communication style.
* Strong analytical skills with close attention to details and data privacy.
* Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
