Salary Package
₱23,000 – ₱27,000
Qualifications
- HS/SHS graduates up to College graduates are welcome
- Strictly with at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Willing to work onsite and follow a shifting schedule
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries through voice support
- Assist customers with account, service, and product concerns
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call
