- Take inbound & outbound calls for a top *Insurance Account*
- Help clients with policy inquiries, claims, billing & account concerns
- Deliver excellent, empathetic customer service every time
- Hit quality and CSAT goals while growing your skills
- Work with a supportive team in a professional onsite setup
*You’re Qualified If You Have:*
- *SHS Graduate* OR *2nd Year College Completed*
- *1+ Year BPO Experience on VOICE ACCOUNT*
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-first attitude & willingness to learn
- Willing to work *Onsite in Alabang* on shifting schedule
