Japanese Bilingual Customer Expert
Location: Eastwood
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Based on experience and profile
Salary Packages:
Customer Expert 1 – ₱90,000 (Non-Native, 2+ years CC experience)
Customer Expert 2 – ₱100,000 (Native, 2+ years CC experience)
Customer Expert 3 – ₱100,000 (Non-Native, 2+ years CC experience + Fraud experience)
Customer Expert 4 – ₱110,000 (Native, 2+ years CC experience + Fraud experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for Japanese-speaking customer experts to join our bilingual team in Eastwood. This role requires N1/N2 Japanese proficiency and strong English communication skills. Candidates should have experience in customer service or fraud analysis, with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in Japanese and English via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
Assist in fraud detection and prevention, investigating and resolving potential fraud-related concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data security regulations.
Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity when engaging with customers.
Qualifications:
B2 and above CEFR level in Japanese.
N1/N2 JLPT proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers).
At least 2 years of call center experience OR 6 months of fraud analyst experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially for fraud-related cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule environment.
