Job Title: Fresh Graduates – Corporate Banking Customer Service Representative (Onsite | Night Shift)
We are hiring entry-level professionals to support Corporate Banking clients through phone-based customer service.
This opportunity is open for:
Permanent Role – McKinley
Project-Based Role – Ortigas
Work Details
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Fixed Night Shift
Rest Days: May fall on weekends and holidays
Salary: PHP 18,000 – 21,000 (Non-Negotiable)
Hiring Process: OTP Process Only (No Walk-In Applicants)
Qualifications
Open to Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters
1–2 years of experience is an advantage but not required
No BPO experience required
Excellent verbal and conversational communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to night shift schedule
Willing to work weekends and holidays
For Project-Based role: Must be open to contractual employment
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist corporate banking clients with inquiries and concerns
Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism
Properly document customer interactions
