Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer | Power Platform | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications.
Knowledge of .NET development and SQL Server.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
Able to work independently, collaborate with teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and business applications.
Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Participate in technical discussions and provide solutions to complex problems.
Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM best practices.

Work Location

Must be flexible to report onsite at any Manila office location, including:

Taguig | BGC | Alabang | Cubao | Mandaluyong
