Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products and services • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and account-related concerns • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate • Expro 3–5 (BPO experience required) • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
