Job Title: Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level) – Content Moderation

Location: Onsite | Alabang

Shift: Graveyard

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Content Moderation team within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong expertise in Trust & Safety and a proven ability to manage performance, ensure quality standards, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content moderation professionals to achieve KPIs and service targets.
Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement continuous improvement plans.
Ensure strict compliance with Trust & Safety policies and content quality guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Prepare and present data-driven insights and operational reports to senior leadership.
Manage escalations effectively and drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a BPO environment.
Strong background in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety operations.
Knowledge of digital advertising (CPC, CPM, targeting, conversions) and ad review processes.
Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite.
