About the Role

We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to support IT portfolio governance, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and portfolio analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Support IT portfolio governance, planning, and performance management.
Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and compliance with portfolio standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve portfolio visibility and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, project governance, or portfolio analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present meaningful business insights.
Experience with SQL and advanced Excel is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Stable employment history (not a job hopper).
