Job Title: Process Excellence Lead

Location: Central Block 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines

Account: Healthcare

Work Set Up: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)

Work Shift: Nightshift

Salary: Up to 68k but open to salary negotiation

Job Overview

The Process Excellence Lead is responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving service quality, and enabling scalable growth through continuous improvement methodologies. This role partners with cross-functional teams in Cebu City to identify gaps, streamline end-to-end processes, and execute data-backed solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Optimization

Lead end-to-end process analysis using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.

Identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and standardize procedures across the organization.

Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, and documentation.

Data-Driven Problem Solving

Use data analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and root causes.

Track process KPIs and recommend improvement strategies based on trends and metrics.

Conduct impact assessments and validate ROI for all improvement initiatives.

Project Leadership

Manage multiple CI projects simultaneously from planning to implementation.

Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and cross-functional improvement sessions.

Monitor project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Required

Deep knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and process improvement. (5= years experience).

Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies (Black Belt certified/MBB from reputed certification bodies or companies).

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.

Healthcare domain expertise.

Preferred

Experience in BPO, shared services, technology, financial services, or manufacturing.

Experience using tools such as Minitab, Power BI, Visio, or similar.

Background in automation initiatives (RPA, BPM, workflow tools).
