Job Title: Recruitment Associate (Full-time)
Work setup: Onsite in BGC Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)

Salary offer: 20K - 30K (Depending on the experience and result during the interviews)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support high-volume hiring for our BPO client based in Taguig. This role will be primarily onsite, focused on processing, coordinating, and monitoring candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct onsite recruitment processing for volume hiring requirements of the BPO client
Screen, assess, and endorse candidates based on client hiring standards
Manage and monitor candidate flow from initial application through job offer and onboarding
Coordinate closely with candidates regarding interview schedules, requirements, and next steps
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports through the company ATS
Ensure compliance with recruitment timelines, volume targets, and client SLAs
Provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders on hiring progress
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Support recruitment events, walk-in applicants, and onsite/virtual hiring activities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience in BPO or volume hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high applicant volume in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and monitoring skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic recruitment tracking tools
Willing to work onsite in Taguig and align with recruitment schedules
