*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are hiring *7 PH Registered Nurses for Grievance and Case Appeals* - Back-office / Non-Voice account! Perfect for PHRNs with grievance and appeals experience looking for a non-voice opportunity with hybrid setup after training.

*JOB DETAILS:*

Role: Registered Nurse - Case Appeals & Grievance - Active PHRN

Location: Onsite Training / 2x a Week Onsite in Production

Work Setup: Training Full Onsite, Production Hybrid - 2x a Week Onsite

Work Shift: Night Shift

Salary: Up to PHP 47,000 including license allowance

Headcount: 7 Slots Available

Target Start Date: October 13, 2026

*WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:*

- Salary up to PHP 47K including license allowance

- Back-office / Non-voice role - No calls, pure back-office work

- Training full onsite, then 2x a week onsite once in production

- Night shift schedule with hybrid setup in production

- 7 headcounts open - Start date Oct 13, 2026

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Handle grievance and case appeals for healthcare members

- Review and process cases according to guidelines and compliance standards

- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for all cases

- Work on a back-office, non-voice setup and meet quality targets

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- PHRN with active license - Active Registered Nurse required

- Must have at least 1 year of grievance and case appeals experience

- Back-office - non-voice experience preferred

- Willing to work on night shift schedule and attend training onsite

- Stable work history - Job hoppers who change jobs frequently in less than a year will be rejected
