Job Title: SharePoint Administrator Specialist

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)

Shift: Night Shift

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Administrator Specialist to manage, optimize, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in SharePoint administration, automation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Site & Content Management: Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and metadata to ensure organized and efficient content management.
Security & Permissions: Administer user access, assign roles, and enforce permission structures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.
User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to promote best practices and improve user adoption.
Automation & Workflows: Design and implement workflows, forms, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
System Maintenance: Monitor platform performance, manage storage, perform backups, and implement updates to ensure system stability and reliability.
Governance & Compliance: Enforce SharePoint governance policies, manage sharing controls, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including SPFx development.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with Active Directory and user access management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
