TELCO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- EXPRO 2–5
- At least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with telco products, services, billing, and account concerns
- Provide effective solutions and excellent customer service
- Document customer interactions accurately
