Customer Service Representative – Top Tier Telco Account

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account management, service upgrades, and technical-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and customer service performance metrics.
- Document customer concerns and resolutions accurately in company systems.
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate
Must have at least 6 months BPO Experience (Experienced Professionals Only)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Computer literate with basic navigation and troubleshooting skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package: ₱21,000 – ₱27,500
