Job Title: Trainer (Native Japanese)
Location: LV, Georgetown, Penang
Basic Salary: RM9,000 - RM14,000
Shift: 24/7 Rotational
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for Japanese-speaking employees, ensuring effective communication and comprehension.
- Develop and deliver training materials, modules, and presentations.
- Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other trainers and teams to enhance training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training sessions.
Requirements:

Language Skills:
- Native Japanese speaker.
- English Assessment: B2 level proficiency.

Experience:
- Preferred experience as a trainer.
- Travel experience is an advantage.

Education:
- Above diploma level.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree fresh graduates are applicable.

Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
