Job Title: Multilingual Language - BAHASA (Indonesia)
Work set-up: Onsite in Quezon City
Work schedule: Shifting/ Night shift
Salary: 38,239.33 to 60,946.00 (Salary remains negotiable)
20,000 Sign on Bonus + Incentives
Availability: ASAP
Heads: 9 Hire
Target Start Date: July 27, 2026

Job Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Bahasa language
• Use the language effectively in a professional environment
• Understand complex and extended conversations including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
• The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified in the table
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (02C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Candidate must be able to work on PH and with a valid working VISA
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.

Language Skills:
• Fluent in Bahasa

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Bahasa Language
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
