Talent Acquisition Recruiter (US Recruitment)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Shift: US Shifts
Band: BPO3 / BPO4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6–12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US market
Experience in recruiting for Financial / Insurance domains
Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
Strong experience sourcing Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive-level roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in night shifts
Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as iCIMS, Job Diva, SuccessFactors, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
Ability to build high-quality candidate pipelines within tight timelines
Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (3-year / 4-year degree) or equivalent experience
Good to Have Skills
US recruitment experience in BFSI and Service Industry
Exposure to ATS platforms like Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Job Diva, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, search engines, social networking platforms, alumni sites, databases, and other sourcing channels
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and closure
Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation, relocation, and overall fitment
Prepare candidate submission documents and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Share daily and weekly recruitment reports with stakeholders
Mentor and support new team members on recruitment processes and best practices
