Senior FP&A Analyst – Banking | Noida

Experience: 5–15 Years
Band: BPO 4/5
Domain: Banking & Finance and Accounting
Location: Noida

Education & Certifications

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
CA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Preferred: FRM® certification and IFRS 9 knowledge

Power BI / Tableau
Stress Testing frameworks, preferably BoE scenarios

Key Responsibilities

Manage driver-based budgeting and forecasting models.
Consolidate and validate P&L, Balance Sheet, and key financial ratios.
Perform Actual vs. Budget/Forecast, MoM, and YoY variance analysis.
Conduct volume/rate/mix and cost-center-level variance analysis.
Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and update business outlooks.
Perform sensitivity, scenario, and what-if analysis covering NIM, impairments, costs, capital, and liquidity.
Support ICAAP, ILAAP, and regulatory stress-testing exercises.
Prepare governance, Board, and ExCo reporting packs.
Produce profitability reports and variance commentary.
Identify key financial drivers, risks, opportunities, and anomalies.
Validate data integrity and ensure consistency across financial models.
Maintain cost allocation models and allocation drivers.

Data inconsistency → Cross-functional alignment checks
Regulatory non-compliance → ICAAP/ILAAP validation reviews
