Tax Accounting Lead

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 8–12 Years

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Tax Accounting Lead to lead Sales & Use Tax operations, tax accounting, and indirect tax compliance for a global organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, deep tax accounting expertise, and hands-on Oracle ERP experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sales & Use Tax compliance and tax accounting operations.
Manage tax reporting, tax balances, and general ledger integrity.
Oversee Oracle ERP tax infrastructure and drive process improvements.
Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team/
Manage stakeholder and client relationships.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Conduct tax law research and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8–12 years of relevant Tax Accounting experience.
Strong experience in Sales & Use Tax compliance.
Hands-on Oracle ERP (Cloud/Fusion or EBS).
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience managing SLAs and KPIs.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA
CA
CMA
Master's in Taxation (MST)
CMI Certification
